Hand-Selected, Hand-Strung

Seven steps, by hand — from rough stone to wrapped parcel

Selection No assembly-line stock — rough stone picked by hand. We sit over the pile all afternoon; the chosen bead carries its natural cotton inclusions and ice cracks.

Design Amethyst, rose quartz, citrine and brass spacers spread across the bench, measured and arranged. If the combo looks off halfway, we undo it and start again.

Stringing Bead by bead, knotted by hand. The elastic is pulled tight, the stone catches the light — one strand takes 30 to 50 minutes, and your hands ache.

Inspection Under the loupe, every bead is checked — drill holes, cracks, knot tension. Anything off is restrung; no corners cut.

Cleaning Every bead is wiped one by one; holes and lustre are checked.

Packing Cotton-linen pouch, plain gift box, card — packed one piece at a time.

On Its Way The parcel, label fixed, sets off across the sea — may whoever opens it find a bright mood waiting.
