Frequently Asked Questions
Are your crystals natural or lab-made? +
We use only natural raw stones. Every crystal carries natural cotton inclusions, ice cracks and colour bands — that is the hallmark of a real crystal. Synthetic stones look too perfect, which is exactly why they look fake. You can check the details against the authentication card included with every piece.
How can I tell if a crystal is real? +
Natural crystals feel cool to the touch and have naturally irregular internal textures — if a stone looks too clean, be careful. Every bracelet comes with an authentication card and is supported by re-testing: prove it synthetic and we refund in full. Wear it for a few days and the feel will convince you.
Can I return or exchange it if I am not satisfied? +
All crystals on this site are hand-crafted one-of-a-kind heritage pieces. There are no returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. If a quality issue occurs, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund free of charge. Please confirm the design and wrist size with our consultant before ordering.
How do I start a custom piece? What do I need to provide? +
Message us on WhatsApp and tell the consultant your favoupractice colours, style and wearing occasion. The consultant gives one-to-one colour advice and sends you real photos to choose from. The whole process is free — you can chat even if you are not ordering yet.
How long does a custom bracelet take? +
From confirming the design to hand-stringing, it usually takes 2 working days, then we arrange dispatch. Rush orders can be noted and we will try our best.
Can I change the style or size after ordering? +
You can change the style once before hand-stringing begins (after the colour styling match is confirmed). Size can also be changed before production starts. Once confirmed, no further changes, because the bead count and pairing are already cut. Please confirm your wrist size before ordering.
Which courier do you use? How long does delivery take? +
Singapore and Malaysia ship via local couriers (SingPost / Pos Laju), usually arriving in 3–5 working days. Taiwan ships via Chunghwa Post or SF Express, about 5–7 working days. Remote areas may take 1–2 days longer.
How much is shipping? Is it free? +
Shipping fees are confirmed during your WhatsApp consultation before payment. Fees vary by region and weight — our consultant will quote accurately for your address, with no hidden markups.
Who pays customs duties? +
Our quotes include customs duties and import taxes — you pay nothing extra. Singapore and Malaysia generally need no additional declaration; Taiwan occasionally does random checks, but we handle everything in advance. You just wait for your parcel.
What payment methods do you support? +
There is no online checkout on this site — every transaction is completed one-on-one via WhatsApp. Payment methods are confirmed during consultation; common options include bank transfer, PayNow (Singapore), FPX / online banking (Malaysia) and credit card, depending on your region.
Can I pay in instalments? +
For larger orders, message us on WhatsApp to discuss an instalment arrangement. Once the design and quote are confirmed, our consultant will arrange a plan that suits you.
How should I care for my new bracelet? +
The simplest way: rinse under clean water for 1–2 minutes, pat dry and leave overnight. You can also rest it on a clear quartz cluster. There are many methods online — pick whichever feels convenient; it does not need to be complicated.
Which wrist should I wear it on? +
There is no fixed rule — wear whichever wrist is comfortable for daily life. Some like the left, some the right; comfort matters more than direction.
Can I shower or swim while wearing it? +
Not recommended. Shower gel, soap and salt water can erode the crystal surface over time and dull the bracelet. Simply take it off before showering and leave it on the counter — it is easy to get used to.
Can other people touch my bracelet? +
Try to avoid letting others try it on or wear it for long. A friend touching it once is fine — just rinse it under water when you get home.
