- 1 Wrap a soft tape or a strip of paper around the thinnest part of your wrist.
- 2 Snug but not tight — read the length in centimetres.
- 3 Tell the consultant your wrist size and whether you prefer a snug or slightly loose fit.

When you contact us on WhatsApp, we will match a one-of-a-kind piece of similar grade and texture, and send you real photos for confirmation. How do I get the size right?
Wrap a string around your wrist, mark where it meets, and measure it flat against a ruler. Send us the number on WhatsApp and we will confirm the length — or restring the piece to your measurement before it ships. Custom-length pieces cannot be exchanged.
How do I order and pay?
There is no online checkout. Message us on WhatsApp with the product name or a screenshot; we confirm your custom plan and shipping, then take payment by PayNow, bank transfer or Alipay.
Shipping and returns
All products ship from China. Each piece is made to order as a one-of-a-kind item, then rests at the studio for cleaning before international shipping. SG/MY/TW typically arrive in 10–15 working days, as fast as 7–10 days. If it arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we will replace or refund.
