Shipped from SG / MY: Packaging, Fees and Timing
No checkout button, on purpose
We do not run an online cart. You message us on WhatsApp with the product name or a screenshot, we confirm the piece is still available, and we quote shipping. For one-of-a-kind stock this is simply more honest than letting two people buy the same stone.
Payment is PayNow, bank transfer, or Alipay.
How it is packed
Each piece goes into its own cotton pouch with a product card. Desk stones and clusters get bubble wrap and a rigid box. Bracelets are laid flat, not coiled tight — coiling stresses the elastic in transit.
Nothing on the outside of the parcel says what is inside.
Dispatch and delivery
We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery after that:
- Singapore and Malaysia: about 3 to 5 business days
- Other regions: about 7 to 14 business days
A tracking number goes to you as soon as it ships. Shipping locally is free above RM50; below that there is a RM6 fee. Other regions are quoted before you pay.
When it arrives
Open it on camera if you can — a short video makes any claim trivial to resolve. Check the drill holes, run the bracelet across your palm, hold a cluster up to a lamp.
If anything arrived damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it. Because every piece is one of a kind, we do not take change-of-mind returns — but tell us anyway if something is off. We would rather fix it than have you keep a piece you do not like.
Two honest limitations
RM1 Your bracelet will not be bead-for-bead identical to the photo. We photograph the actual product and describe it honestly, but stone varies. If exactness matters to you, ask for a photo of the specific piece before paying.
RM1 If we restring to your wrist measurement, that piece cannot be exchanged. Measure carefully, or ask us to check the number for you.
Reply time
We answer WhatsApp within 48 hours, usually much faster during Singapore business hours. If you have not heard back, message again — occasionally a message genuinely does not come through.
